After a couple of days in the city, you might be ready to enjoy the countryside. Berlin’s outskirts are very inviting. A horseback ride can be a pleasant way to enjoy the landscape.

Along with the Lüneburger Heide, in Northern Germany, the second longest bridle path can be found at the Grunewald Forest, in Berlin’s Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf. There is a great offering of horse ranches / riding farms where visitors can improve their horse-riding skills, either bringing their own horses or using one of the farms’.

Back in the city, there are several horse-riding schools where you can choose your tuition for bringing your own horse or using the school ones.
